Grabbing one of Scarguhl’s hollowed-out skulls from his bone pile, Varkhon flipped it upside down and placed the purple gem within it. Much like an egg cup of sorts, he handed the gem to Dob via the skull.
“Forge me a weapon to raise an army so I can raze this realm to the ground,” he commanded, his voice rumbling through the castle keep on every word.
Dob nodded with his goofy grin as always, responding only with “Dob, dob!” before happily making his exit to the blacksmith’s quarters.
“You know he’s going to forge that skull into it as well now, right?” said Neeguhl.
Varkhon merely returned a shrug of indifference.
